DescriptionThe Technological Centre of Components Foundation was created in the year 2000 as a non-profit foundation. Currently it is recognized as a Technology Center by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. Its main objective is to bring value to companies through research and development projects, contributing to the enhancement of their competitiveness and sustainability, and becoming their technology partner, by being the meeting point between their needs and research activities. According to its Quality and Environmental Policy, CTC takes into account, in all the fields of its activity, the respect for the environment. In the execution of all the projects, environmental objectives aimed at sustainable development are valued. Within the various fields of knowledge, the CTC is positioned in Experimental Sciences and Engineering. CTC develops its R & D activity in the following fields: Industrial Systems and Nuclear Components , Marine Renewable Energies, Industrial Automation and Robotics and Advanced Materials and Nanomaterials. Each of these fields, the CTC focuses on certain areas of knowledge, providing a series of lines and Technology Specialization within them.

Interchange of innovative ideas in marine renewable energies

As research centre, we are interested in participatin in R&D projects in marine renewables energy sector. We have been involved in several projects at national and european level. We are looking for new challenging and interesting projects under H2020 or similar schemes.
Design, modeling, O&M, SHM, coatings, moorings, etc are of interest for CTC.
